Accoya chosen for the renovation of a Dutch housing association

Amsterdam

netherlands

The Conrad is a street in the centre of Amsterdam which has recently undergone a monumental renovation of 30 housing association properties. Accoya was selected to renovate the windows and doors for each of the houses. Known for their high quality urban renovation work Wesselink was tasked with carrying out the project.

John Postma, CEO of Wesselink frames, showed an example of an Accoya window to the Heritage Foundation Trust who then agreed that Accoya was the ideal material for the project requirements. Accoya was chosen because it is a low maintenance material that also offers excellent stability. Accoya provided the perfect solution to a high quality, low maintenance frame that also offered the authentic look which was integral to maintain.
