This property in Queensland, Australia incorporated Accoya battens to create an impressive array of stacked sliding screens. The battens used for this project were pre-coated in the factory with Woca Hazelnut oil, adding an extra layer of protection to the timber and ensuring it could withstand the extreme weather conditions of Queensland.
By utilising Accoya battens and applying the pre- coating, the project achieved multiple objectives. Firstly, it ensured that the high-quality Accoya was further shielded from the harsh Queensland climate, including UV exposure and moisture. Secondly, the rich Hazelnut finish enhanced the visual appeal of the screens, seamlessly blending with the surrounding environment.
