The Victoria Hospital, Deal, looked to Accoya wood for replacement sliding sash windows in summer 2008. The windows replaced a combination of wooden and UPVC windows.
In Phase I, 103 sash windows were replaced, using approximately 25m3 of Accoya wood, finished with an opaque white Teknos coating. After 13 years the windows show no sign of rot, decay or coating degradation.
