Contracted by KWS and distributed by Boogaerdt, Accoya was chosen as the ideal decking material to renovate the local marina.
As well as the marina, Accoya was also used for the surrounding benches. The concept was to transform the existing marina into a cosy place where the public can enjoy water activities and easily reach all the restaurants and bars.
45m3 of Accoya decking was used to renovate the project. As well as being extremely durable, Accoya was chosen due to its ability to withstand damp environments. Accoya is also very easy to work with, therefore the decking was able to achieve the ideal curved surface and non slip stairs to ensure it remains as dry and safe as possible.
