This barn house was in desperate need of an upgrade, specifically the windows. Despite the upgrade, it was imperative that the windows maintained their authentic feel and this was achieved by keeping the traditional archlike shape.

It was also important for the homeowners that this conversion be the last one and this is where Accoya wood comes in!

Accoya also ensures maintenance costs are kept to a minimum. In order to achieve this, Ochiltree Bespoke Joinery used Remmers primer and a top coat supplied by Indu-Coat Ltd. on the Accoya window frames to achieve the dark brown colour.
