Distributed by Elaborados y Fabricados Gámiz, 160m² of A1 Accoya decking was used for this private project in Port Anratx, Mallorca, Spain. Manufactured by López Pigueiras and contracted by Nadal Mobiliari 2001 s.l., Accoya was chosen due to its 50 year above ground guarantee.

The residence chose not to apply any coating to their decking as they were so pleased with Accoya’s natural colour. Accoya was also specified for the project as it is non-toxic and therefore totally safe for bare feet and pets. Plus, thanks to its low thermal gain, Accoya is ideal for decking in warmer climates such as Spain.
