This detached residential property features Accoya BriClad cladding distributed by Britton Timbers. Accoya was used for the entire wall covering, floor to roof, of the gable end of the house.

To achieve the client’s ideal grey/brown colour of the wood, WOCA coating was used using Britton Timbers colour, Kinkora. The Accoya was installed using a unique pattern whereby certain sections were installed in different directions, including horizontally, vertically, and even diagonally. As a result of the generally sunny climate in Melborne, louvres were installed on the windows to provide shade.
