Situated in the scenic heart of Bath, above one of the city’s main shopping areas, Arlington House, a collection of 36 apartments, was in desperate need of a window upgrade. Recognising the significance of using a low-maintenance and long-lasting material, Hawker Joinery proposed that Accoya was the only choice for sliding sash windows for the project’s main contractor.

The renovation of the property’s 221 sliding sash windows was executed using Hawker’s 14mm slimline, double-glazed windows. The windows were workshop spray-finished to a satin white, which seamlessly blends with the timeless charm of Bath city centre.
