The Garden State Hotel is an iconic building on Flinders Lane in Melbourne. Accoya was chosen for a feature wall on the first floor in the balcony dining room – a VIP private space that looks out over the rest of the venue below.

Charred Accoya was used for the feature wall to add to the secluded and private feeling of the venue.

Distributed by Britton Timbers, the Accoya cladding was lined with a polyurethane finish. Other sections of the feature wall were finished with Woca internal maintenance oil.

Accoya was also chosen due to its incredible finish and its ability to adapt to the unique and fresh looks offered by modern architecture.
