Norfolk based manufacturers DGM Joinery built this free standing building in their clients garden. The homeowners wanted to move their parents nearby and after consideration decided the best solution was to build a cabin. The parents now live happily here, knowing they have support on their doorstep but maintaining their privacy and independence.

The cabin is built with Accoya wood cladding, windows and doors, including the 5 leaf bi-fold doors. The cabin will not only stand the test of time, but it will also require very minimal maintenance.

The Accoya wood was supplied by International Timber and manufactured into windows, doors and cladding and installed by DGM Joinery.

The coating brand applied to the Accoya wood was Teknos.
