Distributed by Royal Dekkerhout, uncoated Accoya was chosen for a Beach House named Strandpaviljoen – Sea of time, located in Julianadorp, Netherlands.
Designed by Architect Duko Kapitein, 500 linear meters of finger jointed Accoya, measuring 150mm x 75mm, was used to create the window frames for the new construction.
Accoya wood was specified for the project thanks to its dimensional stability as well as its durability and reliability. The architect also chose Accoya due to its natural weathering color, as he knew it would achieve the industrial look required.
