Accoya was selected for all the cladding on new private estate, The Lord Vrunten – Villa Five in the Netherlands.

The estate comprises 30 hectares of land which contain a further seven houses. The structure of the property was inspired by historical 19th century estates.

Designed by Dutch company OSA Architecten, Accoya was chosen due to its sustainability credentials and Cradle to Cradle gold rating. As a company, OSA Architecten also selected Accoya due to its durability, stability and decay resistance.
