Selected for the renowned CASA COR event in Brazil, Charred Accoya was used in this inspired brises-soleil project. Sponsored by Grupo Abril, the CASA COR event invites the main architectural firms from Brazil to create innovative spaces, and this year Accoya was featured. Lightly charred Accoya wood was chosen for this outdoor kitchen thanks to its durability and stability.

Accoya was also specifically used due to its form stability as the architectural design required the brise-soleil to have a slim structure, but, without the risk of bending or warping.
