This beautiful beachfront home is located in Bethany Beach, Delaware, on the Atlantic coastline. The owners wanted to create an inviting, comfortable home that would last for generations to come. Accoya is an ideal choice for coastal areas, thanks to its durability and sustainability. The residence boasts a tremendous amount of exterior detail, all of which was created with Accoya products.

This project was completed by Winchester Construction in 2022.

Accoya wood was used all throughout this home, from the custom windows and doors, shutter systems, siding, architectural columns, exterior trim, to the exposed rafter tails.

The house makes for an appealing and refreshing getaway, that will last for generations thanks to Accoya wood.
