Accoya® course offers
CPD points for Australian architects
Architects in Australia are now able to gain continued professional development (CPD) points as they learn about Accoya, the leading modified wood.
Designed to support the improvement of professional knowledge, the Australian Institute of Architects’ CPD programme is compulsory for all registered architecture professionals in the country and is developed to broaden architects knowledge, allowing them to keep up-to-date with new techniques, products and services.
Hosted by certified Accoya distributors, the new Accoya CPD course offers professionals the opportunity to hear more about examples of best practice when using the highly durable and sustainable modified wood.
The product is growing in popularity in Australia, with recent high-profile buildings including the Ernst & Young LLP office in Sydney featuring Accoya blinds and façade, dark coated Accoya windows for luxury designer brand Zimmermann, and Accoya street furniture in Barangaroo.
