On 6th November 1945, we proudly opened our doors at Denmark Street in Fraserburgh, marking the beginning of a journey that has lasted over 80 years. Since then, we have been dedicated to serving our community with commitment and care, building lasting relationships with our customers. Our history is rich, and we cherish the legacy of our original owner, Alexander Buchan, alongside his son, John M. Buchan. Their hard work and dedication laid the foundation for what we have become today. Today, Alexander Buchan & Son continues to be a family-run business, with Ian Buchan at the helm, supported by his two sons, Zander and Stuart. This family connection is at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our values of integrity, quality, and community service remain strong. We take pride in offering a personal touch. As we look to the future, we remain committed to adapting to the changing needs of our customers while upholding the traditions established by our founders.
